SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Email 4 to 5 samples of your work for consideration.
Our submissions panel will review work and respond no later than two weeks.
ART REQUIREMENTS:All Art must be the Artist’s original work, or copies of the Artist’s original work. No AI accepted.
All Art must be tagged with the Selling Price, Title, Medium, Edition (if applicable), and Name of Artist on the back of each piece.
Framed art must be ready to hang with sturdy framing wire securely attached to the piece.
Unframed work will be accepted on deep-sided museum mounted canvas or cradled
panel only. Sides must be painted, stapled/anchored in back only, not on sides. Proper hanging wire on back.

Special display requirements for textile and sculpture art will be the responsibility of the Artist unless otherwise coordinated with the Gallery.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITIES
The Artist consigns to the Gallery all Art listed on an inventory sheet provided by the Artist.
The Artist affirms the Art provided is their original work and they possess the title to the work and their descriptions are true and accurate.
The Artist is responsible for delivery and pick-up of all works by the agreed upon delivery and pickup dates during discussed/open hours. No late submissions will be accepted.
The Artist is responsible for insurance coverage of each piece of work while in possession of the Gallery, including during the delivery and pickup process.
The accepted Art must remain in the gallery until the exhibit has ended or the work(s) have been sold.
Artists are required to complete a “Get to know you” form, provided by the Gallery, to have on hand for interested patrons to keep as well as for advertisement purposes.
Artists are requested to attend opening receptions to increase sales of their work.
The artist reserves the right to set the retail value for each of their pieces offered for sale and the Gallery will be required to obtain full retail value for the piece with no discounts applied to the purchase price.
GALLERY 317 RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Gallery reserves the right to refuse any Art deemed unsuitable for the Gallery, as determined by the Gallery, and makes the final decision on what Art is accepted for exhibit.
The Gallery will take all precautions to protect the safety of the artwork but will not cover insurance on individual pieces. The Gallery assumes no liability for losses that may occur.
The Gallery will determine the placement and hanging of the submitted works in the best manner the Gallery believes for selling of the art.
The Gallery assumes the right to use images of the Artist, and/or their Art, for publicity and promotion purposes, via social media and other printed matter, while displayed in the gallery.
The Gallery will provide standard sale supplies, bags and wrapping paper, credit card and bookkeeping fees, general operation expenses.
Should the artwork require shipping to the customer, shipping charges would be billed to the customer as part of the sale.
Within 30 days after the end of the show or sale of individual pieces of art, the Gallery will pay the Artist 65% of the net retail price for all sold pieces. The Gallery will receive a commission of 35%.
The Gallery reserves the right to refuse any pieces not delivered by the delivery date.
The Gallery reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $10 per week for works not picked up by the pickup date.
The Gallery will promote exhibits in print, email blasts, and social media posts at the Gallery’s expense.
Both the Gallery and the Artist have the right to terminate this contract anytime after 30 days of signing.
